1. What an amazing message. I try to lift up all my cares and worries to God. I am not always diligent. But, I thrive to be. I know God hears our prayers. He has always answered my prayers. God Bless. Jamie

I am so glad God has answered your prayers, Jamie. I find it helps to look back and remember the prayers God has answered as it helps me trust and believe he will come through for me in whatever current difficult or worrying situation I am facing.

  2. I loved this post. I am going to share with my closed Facebook group, “Embracing Faith and Mental Illness from a Caregiver’s Perspective.” You are right prayer is where we need to be so we can reflect Jesus in our interactions with others.

Nowadays the world keeps saying, “Get rid of anyone who brings you angst.” I know that is not how Jesus would have it. He loves us when we are unlovable.

Thanks for sharing with your group, Maree. Thanks, also, for pointing out that Jesus does loves the unlovable and does not turn them away.

  3. How many times have I went back over the conversations in my head? Too many, even as a believer in spiritual gifts and prayer languages or tongues. It is so east to do that and it takes our focus off Him. It is not about us at all, it’s all about what He did and how much He loves us .

The enemy wants to trap us in our own thoughts, doesn’t he, instead of us focusing on what our mighty God can do. Thanks, Rebecca. I appreciate your comments each week.

  4. Rachel, a powerful message! I’m sharing this in my prayer group for my blog subscribers and will also Pin it. This is so full of wisdom on a topic that touches everyone – relationships. Thank you so much for sharing this!
