On Monday, January 18th we begin the 10-day mini challenge based on my book Prayer Zone Workout. If you haven’t signed up yet, head over to the Prayer Zone Workout Challenge page and join the challenge.
I’m looking forward to leading you and participating in the challenge with you. I need to put into practice what I’ll be teaching! I’ve been traveling a lot and my regular exercise and prayer has suffered while I’ve been away. So, I’m eager to get back into it, and we will be better together.
Here are a few things you can do to be ready for the challenge to start.
The Top Five Ways to Prepare for the Prayer Zone Workout Challenge
[dropcap]1.[/dropcap] Download your FREE copy of the book. If you registered for the challenge, you were sent a link to the e-book version of the Prayer Zone Workout. If you can’t find the email, contact me through my Contact Form and I will get it to you. You can start reading ahead, but we will be reading one or two chapters each day as we go along. The chapters are short so they will not take you more than a few minutes to read.
[dropcap]2.[/dropcap] Download the Prayer Zone Workout App because we’ll be using it during the challenge. It is FREE and available for iPhone and Android.
[dropcap]3.[/dropcap] Find a place where you can walk. I know that might be hard to do outside this time of year in some parts of the world. Perhaps there is an indoor track, gym or mall where you can walk. Of course, you can also use a treadmill at home or at a fitness center, or even an exercise bike or elliptical machine. Whatever it takes to get you moving!
[dropcap]4.[/dropcap] Watch for an email next week with instructions for joining the Facebook group. I’m looking forward to interacting with you and celebrating your progress there.
[dropcap]5.[/dropcap] Invite a friend. Give them the link to the Prayer Zone Workout Challenge page so they can sign up too. New things are always more fun with friends and it will help keep you accountable.
Here is one more welcome from me to you:
I hope you are as excited as I am. I’ll be in touch again soon, and in the meantime, know that I am praying that God will use this time to strengthen your connection to him.
Warmly,
Rachel
